Cancellation and No Show Policy
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, I am unable to fill the vacancy. Therefore, causing substantial financial impact to my business and does not allow another client to come in that has been waiting. I appreciate all of my clients and look forward to your scheduled appointments!
My booking services will provide an email at the time of an appointment reservation, a second email 48 hours before appointment and a text reminder 60 minutes before appointment. You can change the times your receive reminders to accommodate how much time you need to align with our cancellation policies and time scheduled.
If using a gift certificate for payment, cancellation policies follow and amounts will be deducted off of the value of the gift certificate for applicable fees.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored.
Appointments More Than 90 Minutes:
- If you cancel or reschedule 4 days or more before your appointment there is NO CHARGE.
- If you cancel 2 days before your scheduled appointment there is a 50% CHARGE of your service total.
- If you cancel less than 2 days before your appointment, no show or have to reschedule there is a 100% CHARGE of your service total.
Appointments 60- 90 Minutes:
- If you cancel or reschedule 3 days or more before your appointment there is NO CHARGE.
- If you cancel 2 days before your scheduled appointment there is a 50% CHARGE of your service total.
- If you cancel less than 1 day (24 hours) of your appointment, no show or have to reschedule there is a 100% CHARGE of your service total.
Appointments Under 60 Minutes:
- If you cancel or reschedule 2 days or more before your appointment there is NO CHARGE.
- If you cancel 1 days before your scheduled appointment there is a 50% CHARGE of your service total.
- If you cancel less than 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment, no show or have to reschedule there is a 100% CHARGE of your service total.
Multiple Late Cancellations or No Shows
- If there are multiple late cancellations I will require a non-refundable deposit to continue to schedule appointments.
- If you are on reoccurring appointments with multiple cancellations you will be changed to one appointment at a time.
